Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. No size or style exchanges are available at this time.
Eligibility & Return Window
- Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect on arrival.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
What You’ll Receive
- For approved returns, we issue Tazaari Store Credit. No bank refunds are provided.
- Like-for-like replacement may be offered for defective/incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@tazaari.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect/incorrect item, the outer courier pouch/label, and the original packaging.
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions before shipping the item back.
Return Shipping
- For standard returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use a tracked and insured courier and include the packing slip or a note with your order number.
- For faulty or incorrect items, Tazaari will cover reasonable return shipping costs (or provide a return label, where available) once the return is approved.
Inspection & Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved returns are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Store credit details (amount and validity) will be shared via email.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original tags/packaging or lacking proof of purchase.
- Any item returned without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will meet our obligations under applicable consumer laws. Please contact us immediately at info@tazaari.com with the required photos for quick assistance.
